Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-25

Nobugh uses personal data to run music-school operations: account access, lesson booking, teacher matching, payments, support, and safety review. This policy explains the operational data we collect and how it is used inside the platform.

1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, and role. When you book a trial lesson we collect student details, instrument preference, delivery mode, schedule, and related notes.

2. Lesson data

Student records, lessons, availability, and bundle purchases are stored in Supabase. Access is scoped by role so parents, teachers, and admins only see the records allowed by platform policy.

3. Payments

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We retain a payment record showing amount, status, and a Stripe reference id for accounting purposes.

4. Location data

Teacher profiles may include delivery-mode preferences and default offline lesson locations. Parent and student records are used for scheduling, support, and billing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform (Supabase for hosting + database, Stripe for payments, mapping providers for distance calculation).

6. Retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and for the period needed for billing, dispute handling, school records, and legal compliance. To request account deletion or data export, contact the platform admin via the support email shown on your dashboard.
